Dear Attendee,
Thank you for joining us for the Indiana's Bioscience Community: Building on the Foundation conference on November 13. More than 175 guests attended and participated in this half-day forum. We would like to extend special thanks to our local and national partners who helped make the event a success.
The conference brought together representatives from the academic, business, research, public policy and government sectors to discuss the future of Indiana’s bioscience industry. Keynote speaker Bruce Pratt and our panels of government, industry and policy leaders spoke about the challenges and opportunities facing Indiana.
The speakers agreed that Indiana is positioned well and has great potential for growth, both organically and through the recruitment of new businesses from around the world. Equally important, the conference helped draw attention to public/private partnerships needed to sustain the state’s growing bioscience industry.
